While the daytime heat in the low 90s is starting to subside, temperatures will only slowly drop into the upper 70s overnight. We can’t rule out an isolated pop-up shower or thunderstorm, particularly for areas further inland, though most of the activity should diminish as we approach midnight. Expect high humidity to persist, making it feel quite sticky if you’re enjoying any outdoor dining or a stroll.

Looking ahead to your Sunday, expect more of the same summer weather, so keep those cooling strategies in mind. Temperatures will climb back into the low 90s, with “feels like” temperatures potentially in the triple digits thanks to the oppressive humidity.
