I was browsing listings around Wendell over the past few weeks and noticed that some homes near newer communities seem to be going pending much quicker compared to last year.

A couple of people I know were originally looking closer to Raleigh, but they ended up considering Wendell because they found more space and quieter neighborhoods without being too far from the city.

What surprised me most is how quickly reasonably priced homes seem to disappear once they’re listed, especially anything updated or close to schools and newer developments.
